let’s face it, feist rocks. beautiful, ecletic and trailblazing. she is what makes canadian girls cool. she is also another musician that is on my life’s mixed tape. this song in particular for some reason when i listen to it makes me happy, clears my mind blank and rests my heart. it’s the line ‘i will be the one to break my heart‘ resonates with me. probably because i am the one that repeatedly breaks my own heart by exposing it to unattainable chaos. but hey, if i didn’t i wouldn’t know more than i knew before ;).
